Bonnie, along with Stefan, figure that the creature from the Armory’s vault was the one who influenced Enzo and Damon to be emotionless killers.
In 2016, he started dating the Peruvian-born actor who joined the cast as antagonist Sybil in Season 7. In September 2017, the “Dynasty” actor gushed about her beau to Us Weekly, explaining how “helpful and supportive” Roerig was with her career. The idea for a Bonnie/Enzo pairing began in I’ll Wed You in the Golden Summertime when Enzo came to visit Lily at the Salvatore Mansion, where he was met at the door by Bonnie. “Kat and Michael had such … chemistry in that really short scene,” Dries recalls. Since Bonnie Bennett was just name-dropped in connection to Kai Parker’s return in Legacies Season 2, is there hope to see Aunt Bonnie back in Mystic Falls? Not sure about that, but it does sound like her late love Lorenzo “Enzo” St. John might be willing to return. Tbh, I think the Davina/Kol storyline in the Originals would have worked way better for Bonnie and Kol. Bonnie with someone who has a deep knowledge of magic and respect for witches AND is willing to help her grow in her magic would be an awesome plotline.
